Before it was Bien Hoa Soil Exploiting Enterprise (Decision No 18/QD-UB dated 03.12.1983 of Bien Hoa City People's Committee), The Enterprise was renamed Bien Hoa Building Materials Production and Construction Company (Decision No 5425/QD-UBT dated 12.11.1996 of Dong Nai People's Committee), which is a State-owned Company established under the Decision No 2304/QD-UBT dated 19.12.1992.
Trade license No 111225 licensed by Dong Nai Service of Planning and Investment on 16.11.1996.

On November 5, 1999, Bien Hoa Building Materials Production and Construction Company, which was the first State-owned Company of Building Materials Production and Construction in Viet Nam, received an ISO 9002:1994 international quality management certificate granted by BVQI (The U.K.)
